The
new VigilantX-SQ provides one video overlay processor per display
channel combined with 256Mb of overlay memory supporting up
to sixteen overlay windows per display channel with tripple
buffering.

VigilantX-SQ has all the same features as the Vigilant-X
and in addition:
- Four
SIP video processors each with 64Mb overlay memory (total
256Mb)
- High
speed 5Gb/s SIP digital video input port for the Avant-SQ16
and Avant-SQ8, supporting up to one hundred and twenty-eight
video channels
- Sixteen
video overlay windows per display channel (sixty-four
windows total)
- Four
1280 x 1024 high resolution video overlays

Drivers
- Special
multi-screen display driver for use with Windows®
2000 and Windows® XP. The
function of the display driver is to present one large desktop
to the Windows operating system. The multi-screen driver will
support up to a maximum of 64 screens.
Wall
Control
- EMS
Wall Control software enables you to configure your multi-screen
display, launch video overlays and create a wall layout configuration,
it is possible to save layouts and recall them for future
use.
- Wall
Control presents a representational window of the entire display
wall showing position and size of video overlay windows, RGB
windows (if used in conjunction with the
PhynxRGB product) and control dialogs for Vx
Switch.
- It
is possible to operate Wall Control on a remote PC via a network
connection.
The
EMS Vigilant-X range of graphics cards can be used as a simple
4 screen desktop display or a multiple 64 screen data/video
wall.
